Often we are faced with the feeling that one gives more and the other takes. This creates tension, sadness, even alienation. However, the real balance is not in the ideal distribution, but in mutual awareness, respect and readiness for growth.<\/p>\n<p>Before we can truly respect, love and understand another, it is important to build a strong relationship with ourselves &#8211; with our needs, boundaries and vulnerabilities.<\/p>\n<h4>How do we work?<\/h4>\n<p>In the process of couples and family therapy, we will look at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>what are the invisible mechanisms and roles in your relationship<\/li>\n<li>what is behind conflicts, distancing or frustration<\/li>\n<li>which are the repetitive patterns that hinder proximity<\/li>\n<li>how to build better communication, trust and partnership<\/li>\n<li>how to deal with specific challenges &#8211; infidelity, crises, parenting conflicts, life transitions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The goal is not to \u201cfix\u201d someone, but to create a safe space where everyone can be heard, seen and understood &#8211; without blame, without pressure, without fear.<\/p>\n<h4>How to get started?<\/h4>\n<p>Sessions are held at a mutually convenient time &#8211; online or in the office, by appointment.<br \/>\nIn case of emergency &#8211; I will do my best to respond in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>I am ready to support you in building a relationship where there is room for truth, respect, care and closeness.<br \/>\nThe first step is sometimes the most difficult &#8211; but it is never in vain.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
